Speckled Eggs and Eyeliner

Hey everyone, today I have a fun look for you!

I love makeup for the reason that like all art, it is left open to interpretation and there’s no right or wrong. For this look I got out all of my colourful shadows and went to town.

Products used

No brand 120 coloured eye shadow palette

I used Green, Pink, Blue and White –  to create the liner

Elf lock and seal

Face of Australia Mineral Inject Foundation

W7 Bronzer

Maybelline Color tattoo – Tough as Taupe (for my brows)

Elf blush – flushed

W7 Big lash mascara

Limecrime lipstick – Cosmopop

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable – Pasionee

I started out by using a champagne shade all over my eyelid, and a matte brown lightly in the crease. Because as I’ve said before I have really red stained eyelids so this particular look works best with a neutral eyeshadow look as a base.

I then mixed my colours with the Elf lock and seal until they were wet but not runny. this is crucial because otherwise you will end up with colour everywhere. I then took a thin eyeliner brush and started dotting the colours one at a time in the shape of a winged eyeliner. It’s crazy but this was the easiest eyeliner I’ve ever done, and it doesn’t take a steady hand to create. I literally just made small polka dots on my eye until I was happy with it.

I then finished off the rest of my look by pressing my foundation into my skin, and not powdering so I had a really nice dewy finish, I filled in my brows, added a little bit of bronzer and blush, mascara and a lipstick cocktail of Cosmopop and Pasionee to get a really pretty coral shade.
