Elf Cool Palette Review

Hey everyone, today I’m back with a review on the elf cool palette.

I got this palette on the elf site when they had a sale on, and it was so cheap I couldn’t pass it up. I’ve heard mixed reviews on the elf brand but I wanted to try it out for myself, so I put in an order. I wanted to try this palette because it has such a mix of colours. you get a row of neutral browns and champagne colours, greys, pinks, purples, greens and blues. Which is such an assortment of colours for a small relatively cheap palette.

I’ve used this palette so many times since I got it. Some of the lighter shades in the palette are a bit chalky but if you use an eye primer they work quite well. I also like to use these shadows wet for an even more opaque application.

As you can see in the swatches the lighter purples are a lot less pigmented than the darker shadows, but you can definitely work around them.

This palette is $6 USD on elf.com, and I got it shipped to me from America through a friend.

(If you are interested in picking up this palette I’ve found an Ebay seller who ships to Australia  here for $20)

I think this palette is definitely worth it since it is so versatile.
