Skin so supple

Hey everyone. today’s blog post is a review on my favorite moisturizer.

I am absolutely loving the Redwin Vitamin E cream with evening primrose oil as both my day and night moisturizer.

I picked up this little gem after trying out another moisturizer that broke me out in the weirdest places on my face so I was desperate to find something that worked for me, and it was thanks to my darling nanna who was using another vitamin E cream that I decided to pick one up and give it a go, and boy am I glad that I did. I love this thing more than any other cream I’ve tried.

Here’s what Redwin say

You’ll feel nourished and rejuvenated with Redwin Sorbolene, specially designed to soothe and protect your dry and sensitive skin.

I don’t usually have dry/sensitive skin, and am an oily/combo skin type but because in Australia it is coming into colder weather my face gets dry in patches around my mouth and cheeks and I usually start to see signs of dryness as soon as Autumn hits, but since starting to use this cream at the very beginning of Autumn I  haven’t seen any dry patches and my skin has felt soft and supple, and  hasn’t broken out at all which I was worried about because of the primrose oil.

The cream melts into your skin so it’s safe to use under makeup and wont make your products slip and slide all over your face like some creams.

I have used this cream so many times now and have so much of it left so it will last you ages, I just tap a small amount out onto the lid and use it from there so I’m not dipping my fingers into the whole container.

wondering what Vitamin E & Evening Primrose Oil is?

vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects and repairs your skin. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage from occurring. Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but your body can’t produce it, which means you have to make sure you’re getting enough of this valuable nutrient in your diet. Eating foods high in vitamin E and taking vitamin E supplements if you can’t get enough through your food intake can can help prevent premature aging of your skin and damage to your DNA . Studies show that taking vitamin E long term can even reduce sunburns from exposure to UVB radiation. This doesn’t mean that taking vitamins or applying topical vitamin E will allow you to safely bake in the sun, but you can help your skin stay healthier and more supple by ensuring you get enough of this antioxidant vitamin .

Evening primrose oil is considered the best remedy to cure eczema and many other skin-related problems. GLA and fatty acid content in this oil is essential for skin health. The oil extracted from evening primrose seeds is very gentle and can be used as moisturizer to keep dry areas hydrated. It also boosts blood circulation which is helpful to treat tired skin and eyes.
